Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to Qubictry and related trust workflows that connect to Qlutterbox, Qubicweb, and Qubicbox Trust Badge. By continuing to use the platform you agree to these Terms.

Version 1.0. Effective 27 August 2026.

Operator and agreement

  • Qubictry is a services product operated by Qubicbox Limited, RC 167150, which is the platform contractual counterparty under these Terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a contractual account, participate as a Guild member, or use service and payment workflows.

Use of the platform

  • Use Qubictry solely for lawful discovery and hiring of guild-vetted professionals without infringing on other users.
  • Do not submit false listings, impersonate Guild members, manipulate trust rankings, or interfere with security controls.

Accounts and access

  • Protect your credentials and enable required MFA. Guild admins must maintain accurate rosters and cooperate with TrustOps audits.
  • We may suspend or restrict access when suspicious activity or policy violations are detected.

Referrals & guild conduct

  • Referrals follow the TrustOps review ladder (submitted → under review → corroborated → published). No listing is visible until evidence is verified.
  • Jobs transitioning into Qlutterbox protected payment inherit the same inspection, payout, and dispute rules as the marketplace.
  • Guild members are independent service providers using Qubictry's discovery, evidence, and workflow infrastructure. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Qubicbox Limited does not perform the underlying skilled service.
  • Guild members must disclose material conflicts, maintain evidence required for their service-risk category, and use approved platform payment channels.

Content & intellectual property

  • Guild badges, trust labels, listing layouts, and Trust Notes remain Qubicbox IP. Do not reuse without written approval.

Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee job outcomes or uninterrupted availability.
  • Guidance published on Qubictry or via Qubicweb overlays is informational, not legal advice.

Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Termination

  • We may proportionately restrict, suspend, or terminate listings, Guild member access, or referrals for security, substantiated fraud, identity integrity, serious trust risk, legal obligations, or a material or repeated breach of these Terms.
  • Where legally and operationally appropriate, we record the reason, notify the affected user, and provide a review or appeal route.

Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any applicable approved dispute-resolution process.

Changes to terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
